When will my order be processed?
When you place an order with LexingtonLuggage.com, your order is processed the same or next business day - A processed order means your information has been entered into our system and your order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping.
Please note that some items ship direct from the manufacturer and take an additional 1-3 days business days for the item(s) to ship from the time they receive our order.
Once your order has shipped, your shipper tracking number is then entered into the system, you will receive an email with your updated tracking information for you to track your order and your payment is captured completing your order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
LexingtonLuggage.com does not charge sales tax on any orders that deliver outside of the state of New Jersey. If your shipping address is located in New Jersey, your order will be charged New Jersey sales tax.
Do I quality for free ground shipping?
All orders totaling $99.00 or above, qualify for free ground shipping. Please note, order total is calculated after any discounts are applied.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All order normally ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, depending upon the item and your location, delivery times normally range between 1-7 business days.
I ordered the wrong item, can I exchange or return the item?

What did I order last time?
If you would like to see your order history with us, simply create an account the first time you purchase. By creating an account, you will be able to check your order history/status at any time by simply logging into your account.
*Please note, any order placed prior to creating your account will not be tracked by your account. Order history/tracking is only available when creating a customer account and tracks all order history from that point on.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately same day delivery is no longer an option
Do you have a retail store location?
After 43 years at Lexington Avenue in New York City, we are sorry to say, we no longer have a retail store location. We had made a business decision during early Covid-19 to close our retail location down and shift the entire business over to exclusively online only. With doing so, we are now able to offer many more products, as well as better pricing to our customers.

Can I use a coupon?
Any items that are eligible for a coupon will be noted on the item by the red product label stating the coupon code. Only items marked with the red product label are eligible for the coupon. If an item does not have the red product label, the item is no eligible.
